I bought a Veo 100 and tried to d/l it to my computer and can't. Am I missing something? I checked the Oceanic sight but not much info there. The unit recognizes the computer but does not d/l anything.

Did you download the Ocean log software?

The Veo 100 nor the 100 Nx are downloadable. The download port is used for factory programming.
