If it had full Ti internals and buttons - sure, ok, $75

Otherwise @ $18, I can have 4 and change:

Nice gauges but nothing special, all these brass and glass gauges are made in the same factory in Italy, they just change the printing on the face.
 
This one has a BLUE button, and is the same price here.
Scubapro Balanced Power Inflator set comes with a 64cm low pressure hose and is $15 cheaper.
