So I've been reading into Kayak diving and it seems like a great idea. Great way to get to those shore diving spots with ridiculous surface swims and its free so i wouldnt have to pay a dive op $150 just to take me 500m offshore. Anyone had any experiences with diving from kayaks?
I live in Brisbane and would like to find other kayak diver enthusiasts to get a better picture of what its like.
Alot of the youtube videos feature relatively small surf and barely any swell/current. How feasible would kayak diving be in qld surf conditions and with swell up to a 1.5 meters big??
Cheers
-Mike
