I have a problem with lights.... always want to buy another one:no:. The BigBlue VTL 2800 seemed like a perfect light for my needs, right now anyway. 2800 lumens, three levels, can change between 110 degree flood and 10 degree spot, also has red leds. What's not to like?

First dive out and the light head floods in about 25 feet. battery compartment is totally dry. So why the kudos??

I called Tim at BigBlue at 2:20 my time, 5:20 pm his time on a Friday. He picks up the phone!! Tells me to send it back and they will look at it.

Fast forward (and I mean FAST), I have a brand new VLT 2800 sitting in my mailbox by Thursday.

I called to say thanks and if they figured out what happened, they said they had not done a tear down yet but obviously something got past them and made it right.

How can you not love a company that has this kind of service. If your in the market for a light, I know there are a lot of really good folks that make lights out there, but BigBlue is one of the best in my book now.
