Just got back from a week in VT. Did the General Butler through Waterfrontdiving.com and a beach dive at Thompsons point with a local diver. Had a great time on both dives, with the vis being between 20 and 30 feet. Lots of zebra mussels on every solid surface. Waterfront Diving is an excellent place for service and info on lake diving, by the way.

The wreck O.J. Walker shouldn't be missed if you are making it to the Burlington VT area. You will need to fill out some paperwork ahead of time because it is a sensitve site with a anchor and stering wheel still on it. This boat sank in 1895 and still looks great. You can check out the Lake Champlain Maritme Museum lcmm.org for more info.
