The earlier the better, so 9 sounds good to me. This will be my first attempt at a dive in my drysuit, so this could be interesting.. 
I'm going to bring out my coldwater wetsuit setup too incase things don't go quite as planned.

2 tanks sounds fine to me, I'll dive all day if anybody is around.. I'll bring a skin too if we just want to stay shallow/warm on the second dive. After those first cold dives, sometimes you would rather just do something warmer the next dive.
