Hello all, I have an Oceanic Ultradry Snorkel that has become unacceptably wet. So bad that while swimming back to the boat this past weekend I switched it out for my regulator. I contacted Oceanic today and even though it is out of warranty, they told me to go to where I purchased it to see if they would exchange it. Has anyone else had issues with this snorkel and if so was it possible to fix it? Thanks for your help.

Sergio

You can get a new one for 18 bucks from leisure pro. Oceanic USA Line Ultradry Snorkel Regular 07.1008.31

Never have problems with a snorkel as I rarely use one when SCUBA diving. If I have to I use a simple j tube. Dry snorkels are ok for snorkeling. For SCUBA, kinda worthless.

did you check the exhaust valve for debris or folding over?
