Hi, I'm planning for a dive trip to Lembeh. I watched the amazing documentary in youtube about muck diving in lebeh with all the critters.

When they use the word "muck", I'd like to know what kind of visibility are we talking about.

I've dove in 3m-5m visibility like the picture below.

Will it be that bad on a bad day??
 
No way u will get that at lembeh... Muck diving refers to the sandy black bottom that is available at lembeh..
 
I've been to Lembeh 3x and am going back again in January, the vis in Lembeh of course varies but on avrg when I've been there it was in the 10-15m range.
And as Hellhole says "muck" refers to the black sand bottom, however Lembeh is not all muck. They have some nice coral habitat sites also.

Thanks buddy. Actually a visibility of a dive didn't really bother me much.
