Lewes or Rehoboth Beach Deleware scuba sites?

I'm going to be traveling south during the holidays and will be taking the ferry from Cape May to Lewes on 27 December. Since I have never logged a dive in Delaware, I'm curious as to whether there might be shore diving sites in Lewes or Rehoboth Beach?

Or perhaps might there be any charters available for 27 or 28 December?

Appreciate any help that can be provided!

Not too knowledgeable but from all my reading im pretty sure there arent any boats running to the wrecks in the winter. Also no shore diving ive ever heard of.
