The person most likely to sue, it not the buyer, but the buyers heirs. They will sue because it is “your fault” their darling loved one is dead. You should have stopped him from buying it knowing he was not certified, and if you did not know, you should have asked.” It could not possibly be boneheads, er, our beloved, brilliant, going to be the next Einstein and Bill Gates, loved ones fault, so it must be yours.
