Its a dual e/o canister. The e/o with the red heat shrink is the suit heat only connection due to the built in Pitkin controller to vary the heat output. The other connection could be used for heat as well, but would only have two settings: On/Off.

If not for the IRS, I would have snatched this up in a heartbeat

How did you store the battery while not in use? Fully charged, partially charged, depleted? Any floods on this light? Any issues you know of? Any degeneration of the burn time?
