I am not sure why the banners on the left side are the first thing that you see when you navigate a new page. Is there a way to load the page with all the contact - or make it more smoother. It is a little confusing observing the page loading... when you are trying to navigate and understand the site.

The side banners are located in the header file which is coded to load in the order specified on each and every page, so the short answer to your question is "no"

The code was developed by vbulletin (Jelsoft) and the banner placements are inserted by us. There is no way around this. Sorry.
