long-term luggage storage near Cebu Airport

Does anyone know of a storage facility near the airport that might be more reasonable for long-term (~28days) for storing a bag. Its not a big bag - ~10KG duffle - but it would be >$100USD for the airport storage. Perhaps a hotel that would store for me (I do need a hotel for the first and last day anyway, and I have time on both ends to transport a little bit outside the airport. I've stayed at hotels before that would hold on to a bag for me if I stayed with them, but maybe someone has a specific example.
