Wow I can't believe how long it's been since I was last on SB. I have missed the topics of discussion. I am just convelesing after a total knee replacement and it isn't fun. still to swollen and painful to do the exercises which is a double whammy, exercise = extreme pain, no exercise = no flexibility. Oh well time to suck it up as they say (and this truely is an incident of) no pain, no gain.
