I have several bands from pre-BCD days. They mount on the plastic backpacks (have many of them as well). Single bands are the standard width. Also have at least one set of double bands, but they are not in the best condition. If interested, I'll dig them out and take some photos.
Found some old photos I took for a previous discussion. The black double bands have been sold, but I have another set (uncoated).

Single bands are standard 2"; double bands 1".
