I’m looking for a set of genesis hp100s for a friend. I can buy them as a set or a single tank. Message me if you’re ready to let them go! Thanks Brad

I have a pair of HP100 I’ll be selling soon, I’ll have to double check if Genesis or PST.
They’re black, 3500, so DIN only obviously, pretty sure they’re out of hydro, once I get it serviced I’ll sell it, so hit me up in a few weeks if interested

OK, sounds good. Double check please

I just left them at the shop for hydro, manufacturer is not stamped on them, but pretty sure it’s PST and not Genesis

Genesis was a distributor for PST tanks. They didn't make their own.

I never quite understood this. My HP80's, HP100's, and HP120's all were branded "Sherwood Genesis" (although I knew they were manufactured by PST).

I’m thinking the Genesis, made in Japan stamped at the tanks, are we talking about the same ones?

I think I did remove the Sherwood genesis round(?) sticker those tanks had, maybe that’s why I thought they were Genesis. And they have the “T” shaped, slanted back DIN valves, US divers valves, and I think those tanks were also sold under US Divers, so that makes sense.

You are talking about Asahi tanks. To my knowledge, they weren't distributed under the Genesis name.

I believe Sherwood/Genesis also sold spun steel HP3500 tanks from Asahi in Japan. PST will have an E9791-3500 code on the shoulder. - My sense is that most were from PST, though.

OP might want to specify which.
