Looking for help with hollis DPV

I used one from around 2010? - 2015? or so. Haven't seen one since.

looking for test procedures, charger and battery service specks.
looks loke the charger has a wire cut off on the charger

Test procedure: Does the DPV work? does it not flood? haha

Service is the shaft seal and orings.

I doubt the 3rd wire was used by teh charger, if it was it was likely a temp sensor
IIRC the h160 was a NIMH pack so no balancing/bms

battery shows 18 volts when plugged to motor nothing happens when trigger pulled no voltage drop and fuses are goo, can turn motor by hand

The motors are 24v motors. IDK about the hollis specifc esc but I would bet its too low for it to turn on.

hooked it up to a power supply still nothing

ok so far so good looks like battery's any did where to get replacements? Jumped the motor off my power supply and motor works fine!
