Looking for place to stay on Cayman Brac in January 08

We are looking for other lodging options other than BracReef resort. We don't like the cattle boats or fast pace resorts that stick to schedules. We like a relaxing atmosphere and dive boat that lets us dive and take all the time we need for photography, :

Looking at renting a house, apartment or condo and using Indepth for the diving.

Does anybody have any recent (2007) experience with lodging and rental car experiences to share?

What about shopping for groceries or places to eat that are under $20 USD each for dinner?
