Looking for reasonably priced underwater strobe light.

Anyone know of a source for an underwater strobe light?

I am NOT talking about a camera light....I mean a locator strobe light that could be placed at 25 to 30 feet depth as a position marker.

In the service we used to call them "thumpers".
