Since reef is only 7 miles or so offshore it is easy to do 4 dives a day out of Key Largo. Most of the ops run twice a day with each a two tank dive. If you throw in a night dive (has to be right day and right conditions) you could do 5. You need to check their schedules but I have done 4 in one day with two different ops since several leave from the same marina.
With Bluewater divers I did a 4 tank day once without coming in. We just stayed out for a long SI with lunch.
