My M1, bought in 2002, had the battery compartment damaged by leaking batteries (corroding contacts). We tried to clean it several times, it worked shortly on land, but then did not work during the dive.
The cover of the compartment section is also damaged and difficult to open.
What to do now? Is it possible to exchange the battery compartment (or the contacts) and the cover?
If yes, where bring the computer.
