I currently use a 3.5-5.6/18-55 lens and would like to add a new lens/port in order to start shooting the "small stuff" . Any suggestion?
Also: on our last dive trip my camera would stop responding halfway through a dive. Would this be related to the battery inside the nauticam or some other problem? The camera works fine outside of the housing. Thanks!

I think you will find you should be able to get some decent "small stuff" photo's / video with that lens.

Check out this video all shot with the 18-55 on the Sony NEX5R

No idea why your camera would stop responding half way through though man, that's very strange.
