With a pump (Regulator test rig you don't need to suck.), a digital gauge would work fine. With your mouth, there's just too much flicker for digital to let you see the cracking moment.Total hijack, sorry.

Correct.So the side fitted tube is connected to the gauge, the pressure used to crack it is then from the end fitting, which you are using a vac pump on but you could just suck? Thanks
