On Siladen there are not many selection and less dive sites and quite far from main land. Now there are quite a few place you can stay and dive on Bunaken island, and most room do not have air-con. Diving rate are post on the web you may compare them.

I usually like to stay on the main land Manado, food / accommodation are much better.

Last year my wife and I stayed a week with Eco-Divers
at the Tasik Ria resort south of Manado. They are located
about an hour's boat ride from Bunaken, but they have by
far the best boats in the Manado area, and we enjoyed
the ride to and from Bunaken each day. They set up
a day for diving Lembeh, which was awesome, but the
logistics of driving there and back became cumbersome,
and next time we go to Sulawesi we'll plan to stay at both
a Lembeh resort and also with Eco-Divers for a few days.

For anybody interested a comparison, we thought Bunaken
diving was superior to Sipidan, and much easier to travel to.

Where did you stay on the mainland, who did you dive with, how much did it cost, and who would you recommend?

I thought Santika was the best deal overall.
I'm pretty sure Thalassa still has a web site.

Just my two cents. I used to stay at Froggies a lot and loved it. Simple, and nothing to do but dive and rest. They have a website.
