I went for a midweek dive on Wednesday to show a UK friend of mine the Poor Knights Islands and have since decided he was my lucky charm because we saw a MANTA RAY!!
I had never seen one before and it's quite rare to see them in the water in NZ. This one was so close I could have reached out and touched it!
AND I managed to get a photo - albeit a slightly blurry one!! (Only had a few secs!)
