Mares Liquid Skin

I have owned a Mares Liquid skin mask for the past 3 years. It has been just great but in the past few months, water has been getting in making it quite uncomfortable. I have to clear the mask numerous times during a regular dive.
On the surface I have tried the mask on my face without the strap and it doesn't falls. I have tighten the mask underwater just to make it more uncomfortable but it has helped somewhat, not much. Are these masks suppose to last just 3 years? Any advice is welcome.

Any idea on what might cause the discomfort? Has the silicone become tougher? Has the shape changed? Have you started to grow a mustache?

I always had a beard and mustache and never had this problem before, is just with this mask. I have 3 older masks and none of them causes this problem.
