Mares Matrix gone crazy

Hi,

I got my self the mares matrix dive computer after seeing it and use it, my buddy have one.

My matrix just gone crazy after 5 dives only, it looks like something is wrong with the depth gauge. when I am home charging it after a few minutes it thinks that am at the depth of 549.5 meters and start peeping and panic. I can't stop it or reset it...

I bought it in NYC and i lives in Israel, when I went to a guy here that fixes Mares stuff he said that he don't know what is the problem and can't help me and tried to sell me a different one.

I can't find Mares phone number on the web-site.

I don't know what to do with this, can some one please help me:depressed::depressed::depressed:?

New info, it shows 214 Celsius.... am I in hell?????
