Hi all. Thinking of making a quick trip to Key Largo this week from NJ. The marine forecast calls for 10-15 knot NE winds, and seas around 2 feet. Are those conditions OK? Will the viz be so-so. Just want to make sure before I spend a zillion dollars on airfare. Thanks.

1-2' M-T-W, 2-4' TH-FR, 3-5' on Sat. The wrecks will be OK, the vis on the reef will be down, but not as much as it is at Dutch.

Here's a link to the current Molasses Reef tower data. For an "inside the reef" marine forecast just google key largo marine forecast, and look for Hawk Channel predictions as that is what you may see on the way out and inside the reef.

Viz wasnt great lately check my posts and reefmans. On fb reports state that viz has been around 50 ft
