Ottawa diver just got back from Maui. Yeah it was a good week to go. I recommend to anyone there to user Prodiver charter, and to ask to hit the Back Wall. It's very nice. Small current and 600' straight down. Some pictures for everyone:

I lost my big eyes on this trip. Has anyone tried the big eyes with the windows on the side of the mask too? Any good?

Yes is was, and I would recommend going there is you want to see an impressive wall, but not much else (There's more life elsewhere in the area). Also, get a very early charter because the boat launch is crammed.

Did you also get to dive inside the crater. It is shallower but I bet there is more marine life. I never got to dive Molokini, when I was there.

No I didn't. We went very deep on the back wall and wanted to save the second dive for the wreck. We couldn't afford a third dive due to that depth. The inside is also packed with snorkelers chasing and grabbing everything they could get their dirty mitts on. As you see in the pictures, I enjoyed the turtles on the second dive - and we were alone there.
