May we please have a new rule

Anyone who is selling their stuff and puts their header in all caps like this is Ebay or some kind of yard sale (LOOK!!! AWESOME!!! BUY MY VINTAGE BRAND NEW ONE OF A KIND MASS PRODUCED SPLIT PONY WIDGET!!!!) be given a little (lets say 30 days) vacation from the board. Thread titles like that are jarring as they are supposed to be. I haven't even finished my first cup of coffee and I'm being assaulted to buy someones junk.

Maybe HowardE (or other vBulletin-wielding ninja) could programmatically replace thread titles written in ALL CAPS with all lower case? Similar to the way it works now in the body of a post?
