moving photos to an album

Is there a way to move photos from a gallery to a new album? Or is the only way to get photos into an album to upload into it?

If you edit the photo you should have the option to move it.

When I edit the photo I only get the following options: Thumbnail, select new image, edit title, edit keywords, edit photo description, location, delete.
