My 5050 Is Sick

After 2+ years, my 5050 has started acting weird. Whatever I shoot has multiple white horizontal bands across the image--kind of looks like the shot was taken behind Venetian blinds. And of course this is just started happening on my first day of shooting while over here on Maui.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? Anyone know the best way to start a service call with Olympus?

Sounds like you have the same documented problem. FWIW, both my 5050's had the problem and both were fixed at no charge.
