hi,
Anyone able to put a name to these yellow structures? they are only a fraction of an inch long and not moving. Eggs of something maybe??

Almost certainly snail eggs. Size? As Chuck said, not Kellet's whelk. Possibly gem murex?
 
I don't know if you guys have them down there, but up here, we have eggs like that from Leafy Hornmouths.

I have seen the Leafy Hornmouths right off the aquarium, around the rocks.
