Rebreathers are not just a Navy seal thing. If you look down a little farther they have thier own section. Personally I would love to train on and aquire a Megladon. The advantages of using one over open circuit are tremendous. However it does come with a hefty price tag. That being said, I'll eventully get into it. Its just a matter of time.

You can get all you want for free and get paid to boot. Just get through BUD/S.

What's a BUD/S?

Seal training.

Spoon:
man i would love to get my hand on these gear, some are readily available while some are restricted.

The Philippine Navy SWAG probably has most of the gear locked away somewhere in Zamboanga City.

Basic Underwater Demolitions/SEAL training.

SEA...AIR...and...Land = SEAL

Basic Underwater Demolitions = BUDS training

The Discovery Channel has a great video on BUDS Class 234...It takes you through each evolution (test) from day one to graduation...Out of 83 men only 17 graduate...It's wild to see some make it past hell week only to mess it up in basic scuba...you would think that all who test would be at least comfortable in water!
