I have an SB 105 that was a warranty replacement for my SB103 (recalled as a few of them exploded). It has never been wet as I went digital with a housed camera before I ever used it.
It will include the tray, strobe arm and cord, but they are used in very good condition rather than newcondition as I used them for several years with the SB103.
$250 plus shipping.
If you are also interested in the Nikonos III and case, I'll sell it for $75 or sell both the SB105 and Nikonos III with all accessories and case for $300.
The Nikonos III worked great last time I used it, but it has not been serviced in about 5 years and is sold as is.
The case is a Doskil, is waterproof, very rugged and does not weigh a ton like a Pelican case.
