Hi:
I don't quite know where to put this.
Our club has made a few changes to our web site and incorporated a dive site database. It contains entries for dive sites, water bodies and dive shops. It works with Google Maps to provide visual locations for the sites.
It is just in it's formative stages and most of the stuff is Northern New York. We are seeking feedback and submissions. If anyone would like to give it a peek (or even better submit a site) I would appreciate it.
thanks. Here is the URL for the database
http://www.adirondackscubaclub.com/maps/chooseDataMethod.php
the home is http://www.adirondackscubaclub.com if you want to see who we are.
PS If you are new to Google maps:
Clicking on a flag will bring up a balloon with the site name.
Clicking on the name will show the database info and photos (if available)
You can zoom and pan with the controls in the upper left.
The upper right buttons allows map, satellite or combined views.
thanks,
Bowzer
now I gotta walk my master.
