No...can't say that I've had that problem. How is your trim underwater? Waist strap snug?
 
waist is snug, trim is good-feet slightly elivated but not much.
it just wants to ride up with the rec wing, with the transpak and same wing not a problem, would a single tank wing solve this?

Did you use the stabilizing pieces that you're supposed to use between the tanks and Trans Pac?
 
yes i did, but the transpak is now only used for open water or mostly my ow training dives/ pool sessions/ anything not deemed technical. from now on it'll be the backplate and wings for all my other dives. id use the plate for the ow classes i assist with but the University's diving officer doesnt want me two as the students are all in jacket style bc's
 
it took me a few dives with my doubles to figure out how to stop the shifting around. you need to have enough air in the wing. not so much that it causes you to float up, but enough to support the tanks.
