Has one minor scratch from something??, other than that is in perfect shape, free shipping to US.

Didn't mean to alarm anyone with mentioning the scratch, its just cosmetic and can be seen in the first photo. The plate is located in the Portland, OR area.
 
What is the weight and buoyancy of the plate? What is the best way to add needed weight with this set up?

It's extremely light. If you need added weight, I would suggest an aluminum or steel BP.
 
DSS site says this plate fits 6'0" to 6'3" and is less than 1 lb. negative. You would add weight via belt or pocket, thus saving traveling weight.

If you need weight but are not concerned with travel weight, a SS plate may work better.
