New to Belize staying on Ambergris Caye need ship suggestions

We have never been to Belize before and are looking for a shop with great safety record and small boats who allow good bottom time ( hr at least) . We will be one to four divers in JULY. Thank you so much. Any suggestion on sites would be great too.

So where will you be going? Any advice would depend on it.

There are something like 5 PADI certified shops on Ambergris Caye go ahead and check the PADI website out
 
The local diving around Ambergris is Ok, but the offshore diving at Half Moon or Turneffe is better. Those are long trips and typically made with bigger boats, though.
