Many divers have been enjoying the beautiful conditions lately. The vis has been spectacular, making for relaxing dives that make one want to mosey around and take in the scenery.
Just off Rocky Point, Phil found a reef that's a worm-lover's paradise. It seems that Phil doesn't share my enthusiasm for the craggy site, but I could stay there all day and photograph the unusual abundance and variety of Spirobranchus, Serpula, Bispira, sabellid worms, and more.
Plucky hermit crab bent on dragging a shell already occupied by another hermit crab.
This barely visible, cryptic worm zoomed across kelp blades. Probably 1/4".
