Newbie looking for dive buddies in HK

Hi all, I am about to get OW certified but due to my work schedule, I could only take on private class and therefore, no opportunity yet to meet new buddies like one would in a small group class.

I am looking for potential buddies to dive in HK as well as potential overseas trips in SEA. I want to meet buddies at any level but I guess too experienced divers probably will find me a bit "novice" in terms of diving skills (my disclaimer ).
