:confused:Buying a camera for upcoming trip nothing fancy needed but would love decent pics. No reviews on the Nikon L18 found but the reef master has tons of postive marks. Any one have a Nikon L18 with some sample photos? LDS pushing hard to sell me Nikon. Any thoughts. thanks:confused:

I just bought an L18 as a Chanukah present for my 18 year old daughter. She likes it. It does seem to be easy to use.

Now I am probably a bit prejudiced; I have used Nikon or Nikon-based photo equipment for over 30 years.

I would definitely go with the L18/Ikelite housing package.

I just looked at some of the L18 photos that my daughter took this past weekend. My first impression is that they are quite good! She told me that her friends also liked them compared to similar photos taken with other P&S cameras.

Helix has a L18/Fantasea package; I am getting very interested!
