Okay
What is the deal? Is the use of a Ti regulator out with all enriched oxygen mixture or is it only those over 40%.
SJS:doctor:

Atomic "claims" a 40% maximum mix can be used, the regs are O2 clean from the factory.
With the combustive properties of Titanium being what they are it is a very scary proposition.
It also has the potential to be a good way to burn up $1500 in a hurry.

If memory serves, that reg was owned by an instructor, supposedly O2 cleaned. Bottle had 80%.
