Would you detail the differences between this and one that was built in late 2011? I see that at least the lowest D-ring is different and might make it easier to adjust. Can mine be upgraded? The shoulder strap adjustments are a nightmare. What other changes were made?

Hi Akoni,

Yes, we have all the upgrade details right on the product description page here: Nomad XT 2012. No need to upgrade - you'd be buying almost a new system. We moved the inflator, OPV and reshaped the wing. If you've got a 2011 Nomad XT and its doing its job, then you don't need to purchase the next model.
