I just don't log dives
I subscribed on the 19th and still don’t see that my account has been updated. Can anyone be of assistance?
 
Yes, I did. I have the PayPal receipt as well. I did a username change the same day, so maybe someone got confused?
 
Can anyone help or give guidance? If I don’t hear anything by the end of the week, my only recourse is to dispute the charge with PayPal. I like SB and would rather avoid that option.
 
My PayPal renewal was also on 18 October and I have also lost my supporter status. I sent a PM and got a response that staff is working on it.

Pete is the only person who can see the PayPal account. It’s not that the rest of us don’t believe you, but Pete is the only person who can make you go red. DMing Pete is the only thing that works, and he won’t see it unless he logs in.

His sister is extremely ill, so he’s probably got his mind on other things.

I sent a PM this morning to Pete. He replied that he was on it and "we've been trying to catch up since the upgrade". I've been on SB for awhile; I'm confident they will figure it out.
 
Thanks for the information. I’ll send him a PM. I can completely understand the delay in light of the family emergency.
