I was there getting certified this weekend and was wondering what the whale was for. They used scuba tanks as weights to keep the whale from blowing away. Also saw a camera boat driving around in the water both Saturday and Sunday.

For us in Nor Cal we can watch it on PBS Aug 31st. It was live for the people in the UK and on BBC. Looking at teaser video I think it would be worth watching.

I saw the 1st UK episode. It was kinda cheesy, with the hosts acting like they're talking about a sporting event, "oh! we've just spotted a whale! let's got to our to our heliocopter shot live!". Liz Bonnin kept looking like she ate or smelled something bad while on camera.
