Bought new in summer 2013. Has the updated QLR3 weight system (the older black versions were the subject of a recall, these are the new version, which are grey).
As you can see from the pictures, this is in 9/10 condition. Looking at my logbook, I had approximately 25-30 dives, at most, on it before I moved to a BP/W. It has always been stored inside and is in near perfect shape. I held onto it in the event I ever needed a conventional BCD for teaching, but my shop wants me in a Zeagle, so having an Oceanic BCD doesn’t do me any good.
It’s a great BCD. A couple of thoughts to share: This model tends to run large, so the XL is generous. The wing is 50 lbs and has a bungee. While it worked great in warmer waters with an AL 80, it’d be ideal for colder water divers that use heavy wetsuits or dive steels and need more lift.
It was 600 new, IIRC, and that’s what the minimally changed current Excursion model sells for today.
$200 with buyer to pay actual shipping. Or $225 and I’ll take care of the shipping if you prefer certainty of price…
Paypal is easiest.
