And back to the question... As long as it passes hydro it should be good to go, especially since it was hydroed 5 years ago. I had a 72 that hadn't been hydroed for 20 years but still had air in it so i took it to hydro and it passed with flying colours. Great little tank for shallower dives
 
Dive it if it passes the tests. If it fails there is always this option.
