Is there a way (cosmetic changes like straps, color etc.) to tell which version of older (my new pair were stolen & have to get used b/c of $) DR fin one might be buying online? By version I'm referring to material...monoprene etc. My understanding is that the original and current models=monoprene, but at some point a different material was used.Obviously this means that you can't touch/hold them as I'd be relying on pics/description.

Btw: Please allow me to once more thank you guys at DR for your excellent customer service! I posted my experience with you guys ~1.5 years ago re: Transpac...other manufacturers could learn a lot from you guys!

Heck, Lamar H was one of the people who helped resolve my minor issue!
