Always sad to hear about a loss to the community. Hopefully some details will be released for incident analysis.
I thought there were no 2023 waivers available for COW Springs available yet? The 2022 waiver system is not longer valid and we are waiting for an update for how to provide 2023 waivers...so should there have been any active diving going on at Cow at this time?
